Frostmoon Eclipse are one of the oldest Black Metal entities from Italy, now celebrating their 30th anniversary in 2024 - and what better way to celebrate three decades of darkness then to re-live the days of old? For this special occasion we excavated their long oop back catalogue to breathe new life into their first four full length albums thoroughly remastering and repacking each album with brand new artwork to be released on vinyl for the first time!
Their third full length album “Dead and Forever Gone” was originally released in 2005.
This album is a transition focusing on the acoustic aspects of their previous albums. Lush acoustic guitars meld with mellow drums with soft, clean vocals to create these beautiful compositions of dark melancholy. 'Dead and Forever Gone' is without a doubt a crowning achievement within the band's early discography and will appeal to fans of Agalloch, Ulver, In The Woods... etc.
