FAQ:

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Shipping time varies with each release. In-stock items will generally ship out within 48 hours. Pre-Orders ship after the advertised release date.

Shipping Times vary, take into account that we are based in Australia. Also take into account the time of year. Orders sent towards the end of year may experience delays due to increased postal volume on the postal system due to Christmas, New Years Eve and also the public holidays surrounding this time of year. These delays are completely out of our hands.  

Postage within Australia - Estimated delivery time is 2 - 6 working days via Australia Post

Postage Internationally - All international orders are shipped by media mail, they include basic tracking. Standard delivery time should take around 14 - 21 working days though delivery may take longer to some countries and remote locations. Mail into Canada from the Australia Pacific Region is slow, due to Canadian customs. Customers in South America may also experience delays caused by local postal services and customs.

International customers will receive an automated tracking email from the shipping company. If you do not receive this please contact us. It is your responsibility to track your item and take delivery within your own country. We will not be responsible for parcels returned by international postal services. Returned parcels will incur additional postage charges to be resent.

 

Q: Do you offer Express Postage, Insurance etc?

A: Yes, please contact us for any postage queries & custom quotes.

 

Q: Can you ship without cases?

A: We are happy to ship without jewel cases to reduce cost. Contact us to request special requirements.

 

Q: How do I know if my order went through?

A: After you have placed your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation from Seance Records. If you do not receive a notification, contact Seance Records. 

 

Q: My record arrived damaged! Can I get a replacement?

A: Every record is inspected before it is packed and we guarantee that every record is in 100% perfect condition when it leaves Seance Records. We endeavour to pack every order securely however Seance Records is not responsible for damages that occur while your package is in transit. Seance Records is not responsible for damage caused by the postal service. Insurance claims can be made on items shipped with insurance. Seance Records will contact the shipping company and after the claim is settled the value of the damaged item will be refunded to the customer. 

 

Q: My order hasn't arrived and when i check the tracking it says it has been returned to sender. What can I do?

A: International customers will receive an automated tracking email from the shipping company. If you do not receive this please contact us. It is your responsibility to track your item and take delivery within your own country. We will not be responsible for parcels returned by international postal services. No refunds will be available. Returned parcels will incur additional postage charges to be resent.

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Seance records will not refund or cancel orders after a two week period. And absolutely not if the order has already been sent.

 

Q: I want to cancel an item I ordered in Pre-Order sale, what can I do?

A: Seance Records allows for a two week window of cancellation of an order unless it has already been sent. This applies to Pre-Orders also. When ordering a Pre-Order title take into consideration production time of the item. Seance Records will clearly state the estimated production time in the Pre-Order listing. Seance Records cannot foresee and is not responsible for any delays a Production Facility may pass on. Seance Records will post regular updates regarding Pre-Sale releases. So make sure to like and follow our Social media pages to stay informed. And most importantly be patient.
